सांपो के बारे में हमारे आस पास बहुत ही ज्यादा अंधविश्वास भरा पड़ा है,आज मैं आपको उन सभी अंधविश्वासों का पर्दाफाश करके सच्चाई से रूबरू कराऊंगा।ये अंधविश्वास इतनी गहराई तक लोगों के मन में बैठ गया है कि इसके चलते प्रतिदिन अनेकों लोग अपनी जान गंवा बैठते है।इस पोस्ट में सांपो से जुड़ी पूरी जानकारी है, ये पांच मिनट पढ़ा गया पोस्ट किसी की जान बचा सकता है।

आपको जानकर आश्चर्य होगा कि दुनिया का सबसे डरने वाला जीव भी सांप ही है;संयोगवश उसका सामना मनुष्य से हो जाता है वो चाहता नहीं कि सामने आये। यह जीव इंसानी बस्तियों में चूहों या मेढकों के खाने के चक्कर में घुस जाता है।इसलिए जहाँ चूहे और मेंढक होते हैं ये संभावना है कि वहाँ सांप भी आ जाये। ये चूहे के बिलों में घुसकर उनका शिकार करते हैं; सांप हमारे पर्यावरण का अभिन्न मित्र है।इनकी संख्या दिनों दिन कम होती जा रही है क्योंकि जंगल कटते जा रहे हैं जितना ज्यादा जंगल की कटाई होगी उतना ही ज्यादा ये जीव हमारे घरों में आयेंगे इसलिए जंगल,पेड़, पौधों को बचाना बहुत जरूरी है तभी सांप भी बचे रहेंगे अन्यथा एक वक्त ऐसा आयेगा कि ये जीव धरती से विलुप्त हो जायेगा।

सांप दूध नहीं पीता है क्योंकि उसके शरीर में हड्डियाँ नहीं पाई जाती हैं,दूध वही जीव पचा सकता है जिसके शरीर में हड्डियाँ हों;दूध पचाने वाला एंजाइम सांप के अंदर नहीं पाया जाता है यदि जबरदस्ती उसे दूध पिलाया जाय तो उसकी हालत खराब हो सकती है। 

बीन बजाने से सांप नाचता नहीं है क्योंकि सांप के कान नहीं होते हैं।जो सपेरा सांप को घुमाता दिखाता है वो बीन के इधर उधर घुमाने के कारण होता है; सांप बीन का अनुसरण करता है उसकी आवाज का नहीं। अगर सपेरा बीन बजाकर सिर्फ बैठा रहे और बीन को इधर उधर न घुमाये तो सांप भी नहीं घूमेगा। ये जीव सुन नहीं सकते हैं, इंसानों का आभास ये सूंघकर और कंपन सुनकर करते हैं।

यह विषय हमेशा से ही मानव इतिहास का बड़ा ही रोचक रहा है इस पर अनेको बार बहस छिड़ चुकी है,परन्तु लोग अभीतक यह सवाल पूछते हैं कि क्या भूत होते हैं? मेरा इस पर क्या रिसर्च है आज इसका मैं पर्दाफाश करूंगा,मेरी ये कोशिश है कि आपको इस अंधविश्वास के दलदल से निकाल पाऊं, ताकि आप सुखी,निडर जीवन जी सकें।

स्वर्ग-नरक क्या है? what is heaven and hell?

धार्मिक लोगों के जहन में यह धारणा अभी तक बनी हुई है।उन्हें लगता है कि स्वर्ग और नरक जैसा भी कुछ है जहां उन्हें अपने बुरे कर्मों की सजा और अच्छे कर्मों का इनाम मिलता है। आज इस बारे में पड़ताल करेंगे कि आखिर स्वर्ग-नरक क्या है? यह धारणा लोगों के बीच में क्यों और कैसे आई? 

शुरूआत में जब इंसान आदिम(जंगली) अवस्था से निकलकर सामाजिक प्राणी बना तो इंसानों के झुंड में अच्छे लोगों के साथ-साथ कुछ जिद्दी,गुंडे,निर्दयी टाइप के दरिंदे भी थे जो कि दूसरों को कष्ट पहुंचाकर और प्रताड़ित करके उनका हक छीनते थे।हालांकि उस समय कानून, प्रशासन जैसा कोई नियंत्रण स्थापित नहीं था।इस वजह से अपराधी मनबढ़,स्वतंत्र और निडर होकर अपराध करते थे।इन अपराधिक गतिविधियों को नियंत्रित करने के लिए नरक का डर दिखाना शुरू किया गया। जैसा जघन्य अपराध वैसा ही भयंकर नरक बताया गया,ताकि अपराधियों के मन में खौफ हो और वो अपराध करना बन्द कर दें। इस तरह नरक की धारणा समय के साथ लोगों के बीच दृढ़ हो गयी। 

जो लोग नेक,अच्छा कार्य कर रहे थे उनको प्रोत्साहित करने के लिए स्वर्ग का लालच दिया गया ताकि वो अपना स्वभाव न बदलें;परोपकार और भलाई का काम जीवनपर्यन्त करते रहें।

 स्वर्ग की धारणा लोगों के बीच में आने का एक कारण और है।जो लोग अपना यह जीवन दुखों और कष्ट से गुजार रहे थे या यूं कहें कि जो लोग अपना जीवन कष्टमय बना लिये थे। उन्हें यह प्रलोभन दिया गया कि आपको यहाँ से जाने के बाद स्वर्ग मिलेगा जहां आप अपनी मनपसंद चीजेँ, खाना, पहनना, घूमना, सेक्स करना, शराब आदि सभी भौतिक सुख का आनंद सदैव उठायेंगे।वहाँ किसी भी प्रकार के दुख और समस्या का सामना नहीं करना पड़ेगा।ऐसा इसलिए किया गया ताकि वह इंसान जो ठीक से जी नहीं सका वो शांति और चैन से मर सके। इसके पीछे दूसरा कारण था 'अपना धंधा चमकाना' पाखंडी और धूर्त स्वर्ग दिलाने के नाम पर अपना पेट भरने लगे;इस तरह इस धारणा को पीढ़ी दर पीढ़ी लगातार आगे बढ़ाया गया।यह काल्पनिक धारणा और धंधा जनमानस के बीच अभी स्थापित है।

नास्तिक बनने के दस फायदे।Ten benefit of becoming an atheist.

 ज्यादातर धार्मिकों का ये सवाल रहता है कि वो नास्तिक क्यों बनें? नास्तिक होने से क्या फायदा है।आज इस लेख में मैं नास्तिक होने के फायदे के बारे में आपको बताऊंगा-

1.आत्मनिर्भर जीवन:- ईश्वर ,अल्लाह ,गाड और किस्मत,भाग्य,नसीब के जंजाल से छुटकारा मिल जाता है।खुद पर तथा अपने कर्म,बाहुबल पर भरोसा करना आ जाता है।

2.भूत ,प्रेत,चुड़ैल,जिन्न से छुटकारा:- नास्तिक बनने के कुछ दिनों बाद आपको भूत प्रेत जिन्न शैतान आदि से बिल्कुल छुटकारा मिल जाता है।ये याद कराने पर याद आता है कि भूत,प्रेत,जिन्न भी होते हैं।भूत पकड़ने का डर समाप्त हो जाता है रात में कहीं भी आओ जाओ कोई डर नहीं रहता।

3.नजर टोने,टोटके,तंत्र ,मंत्र,चमत्कार से छुटकारा:- नास्तिक बनने के बाद से नजर,टोना,टोटका,तंत्र,मंत्र का प्रभाव होना समाप्त हो जाता है।अब आप बेफिक्र होकर बिना डरे कहीं भी आ जा सकते हैं।खाने पीने में भी आप मजे से खा पी सकते हैं।

4.पूजा,पाठ,आरती,यज्ञ,हवन,से छुटकारा:- नास्तिक बनने के बाद आप इन फिजूल के कामों को करने से बच जाते हैं और यही समय आप अपने आप को बेहतरीन बनाने में,जीवन को मस्ती से बिताने में लगा देते हैं।

5. ग्रह,नक्षत्र,शनि,राहु,केतु से छुटकारा:- नास्तिक बनने के बाद आप पर शनि,राहु,केतु ग्रहों के घातक प्रभाव से बच जाते हैं और आपका ढेर सारा पैसा और समय बच जाता है।

6. फालतू की परम्पराओं,प्रथाओं,रूढ़िवादियों से छुटकारा :- नास्तिक बनने के बाद आप वही करेंगे जो अच्छा और जरूरी हो,दूसरों के कहने पर या समाज के प्रभाव में आकर पाखंड करना नास्तिकता की श्रेणी में नहीं आता है।

7. पर्याप्त धन,समय, और ऊर्जा की बचत:- नास्तिक बनकर आप अपना काफी पैसा,समय और ऊर्जा बचा लेते हैं; यह आपके जीवन को बेहतर और खुशहाल बनाने में लगा देते हैं।

8.जीवन जीने की भरपूर आजादी:- नास्तिक बनने के बाद आप अपने जीवन को पूरी आजादी,उल्लास और हर्ष के साथ जी पाते हैं,क्योंकि अब आप सभी मानसिक गुलामी को छोड़ चुके होते हैं। तंत्र ,मंत्र,नजर,टोना,टोटका,काला जादू,भूत,प्रेत,जिन्न,राहु,केतु,शनि, आदि बलाओं से मुक्त निडर होकर जीने लगते हैं।

9. आस पास की घटनाओं को जानने की सही समझ विकसित होना:- नास्तिक बनने के बाद आप वैज्ञानिक तरीके से सोचना शुरू कर देते हैं,किसी भी घटना का असली कारण क्या है ये जानने का स्वभाव आ जाता है।सूर्यग्रहण,चन्द्रग्रहण जैसी वैज्ञानिक घटनाओं को जानना शुरू कर देते हैं।कुल मिलाकर कहें तो आप सत्य तक पहुंचने की कोशिश करते हैं।

10. बाबाओं,तांत्रिकों,पंडित,मौलवी,फकीर से छुटकारा:- नास्तिक बनने के बाद आप ढोंगी बाबाओं,तांत्रिकों और पंडित,पुजारियों के जंजाल से मुक्त हो जाते हैं।आये दिन खबर आती रहती है कि 'फला बाबा लड़कियों के यौन शोषण के जुर्म में गिरफ्तार' ये सच है ।लगभग 99% बाबा महिलाओं का शोषण करने,धन कमाने की लालच में आकर ये पाखंड का धन्धा शुरू कर देते हैं।आस्थावान और मानसिक गुलाम पुरूष महिला इनके पाखंड का शिकार बन जाते हैं।

किस्मत क्या है? What is luck?

 ----------किस्मत क्या है-----------

 धार्मिक बहसंख्यकों को लगता है कि जो कुछ भी अच्छा या बुरा होता है उसके पीछे ईश्वर का हाथ है अर्थात् किसी सर्वशक्तिमान सत्ता के द्वारा पहले से ही यह तय हो चुका है कि अमुक इंसान के साथ क्या होगा? आज के लेख में हम विस्तार से इसकी पड़ताल करेंगे कि आखिर ये किस्मत,भाग्य,नसीब क्या है? और यह कैसे काम करता है। 

मजे की बात तो ये है कि ये किस्मत वाली अवधारणा वहीं काम करती है जहां व्यक्ति प्रयासरत रहता है। इसका उदाहरण लेते हैं -- एक लड़का जो सरकारी नौकरी पाने के लिए खूब पढ़ाई करता है,एक दिन वह नौकरी पा जाता है। तो वो लोग जो पढ़े थे और असफल रहे ;उनकी नजरों में वो किस्मतवाला माना जायेगा। उसने कितनी मेहनत और संघर्ष से वह मुकाम हासिल किया,ये शायद वही बेहतर तरीके से जानता है बाकी लोग तो सिर्फ अंदाजा लगाते हैं। हमारे यहाँ बच्चों को बचपन से इस तरह से ब्रेनवाश किया जाता है कि वो हर चीज में भगवान और किस्मत घुसेड़ने लगते हैं, खुद 16 घंटे मेहनत करते हैं और पास होने पर भगवान और किस्मत का शुक्रिया अदा करते हैं।किस्मत और भगवान का करिश्मा तब माना जाएगा जब कोई बच्चा बिना पढ़े सिर्फ भगवान में और किस्मत पर श्रद्धा रखकर पास हो जाये; क्या ऐसा संभव है? यदि नहीं, तो फिर किस्मत और भगवान का क्या प्रयोजन है। जब सारा कुछ खुद के बाहुबल और संघर्ष के बलबूते मिलने वाला है तो किस्मत और भगवान का क्या मतलब निकला। 

अपनी कमजोरियों और असफलताओं का दर्द खुद को न झेलना पड़े बस इसी फायदे के चलते सारा दोष किस्मत पर मढ़ दिया जाता है। ऐसा बताने से सामने वाले से सहानुभूति मिल जाती है और ऐसा मालूम होता है मानो घाव पर मरहम लग गया है। ये सहानुभूति पाने की आदत एक दिन इंसान को बर्बाद कर देती है, क्योंकि असफल लोग दुनिया में कमी खोजते हैं और सफल लोग अपनी कमी को स्वीकार कर सुधार करते हैं। यदि कोई व्यक्ति बिना किस्मत का सहारा लिये सही दिशा में कार्य करता है तब भी परिणाम अच्छा आयेगा, जबकि बिना कार्य किये किस्मत का सहारा लेके बैठा रहे तो कुछ भी बदलाव नहीं होने वाला है। कार्य,संघर्ष और प्रयास करते रहने से ही सफलता मिलती है किस्मत से नहीं।मैनें कहीं चार लाइने पढ़ी थी कि "किस्मत हाथ की लकीरों में नहीं, बल्कि माथे के पसीने में होती है" 'हाथ की लकीरों के सहारे बैठने से कुछ हाथ नहीं आने वाला है'।जब अपने बाजुओं पर से यकीन उठ जाता है तभी भगवान और किस्मत नजर आता है'। 

मेहनत,प्रयास और संघर्ष करने वाले के साथ दो परिणाम होता है पहला या तो असफलता मिलेगी, दूसरा या तो सफलता मिलेगी।जबकि किस्मत के सहारे बैठने वाले का परिणाम पहले से तय है कि उसे असफलता ही मिलेगी। सफलता का रास्ता असफलता की सीढ़ी से चलकर मिलता है क्योंकि असफलता से सीख मिलती है तथा ये समझ आता है कि गलती कहाँ हुई; फिर उन्हीं गलतियों को सुधार लिया जाता है। पहली बात ये कि- किस्मत जैसी कोई चीज नहीं होती है यानि कि पहले से कुछ भी तय नहीं है कि क्या-२ होगा। फिर भी जिनको लगता है कि किस्मत है तो उनसे गुजारिश है कि अच्छा और किस्मतवाला बनने का सिर्फ एक ही रास्ता है वो है - लगन, संघर्ष, प्रयास और मेहनत; लगे रहिए और तब तक न रूकिए जब तक सफलता न मिल जाए।ढाई अच्छर के भाग्य, तीन अछर के नसीब और साढे़ तीन अक्षर के किस्मत पर चार अक्षर का मेहनत भारी पड़ता है। ऐसी ही जानकारी भरे लेख पढ़ने के लिए हमारे ब्लाग पर विजिट करें।

 यह समाज में चर्चित ज्वलन्त मुद्दा है, भारतीय संस्कृति के ठेकेदार आये दिन लड़कियों के पहनावे पर सवाल उठाते रहते हैं।घर की महिलाएं क्या पहनें इसको पहले से ही निर्धारित कर चुके हैं। आइये जानते हैं कि लड़कियां छोटे कपड़े या जींस क्यों पहनती हैं। 

हर किसी का ये सपना होता है कि वह अपनी खूबसूरती को सबके सामने दिखा सके, फिर चाहे वो कोई पुरूष हो या महिला; ठीक ठाक बाडी वाले पुरूष अक्सर टीशर्ट पहनते हैं ताकि लोग उनका मजबूत सुडौल हाथ और कंधा देख सकें। इसी प्रकार लड़कियों के मन में भी ये उत्सुकता होती है कि वो खुद को इस प्रकार दिखायें ताकि लोग आकर्षित हों, और उनकी खूबसूरती को देख सकें।इसी वजह से लड़कियां छोटे कपड़े पहनती हैं; इसमें कोई बुराई वाली बात नहीं है। 

दूसरी वजह ये है कि ये छोटे कपड़े बहुत आरामदायक होते हैं, खासकर गर्मियों में इन कपड़ों को पहनकर महिलाएं अपने आपको हल्का और स्वतंत्र महसूस करती हैं। साड़ी, सूट और बुर्का पहनकर रहना बहुत मुश्किल है क्योंकि ये कपड़े पूरे शरीर को ढक लेते हैं; जिससे चलने फिरने, घूमने में असुविधा होती है। संस्कृति,परम्परा और इज्जत का नाम देकर महिलाओं की आजादी छीनकर उनका शोषण किया जाता है। 

तीसरी वजह ये है कि अब हर पल दुनिया में बदलाव हो रहा है,जब से शोशल मीडिया जैसे फेसबुक, व्हाट्स अप, यूट्यूब, टिकटाक, इंस्टाग्राम का चलन बढ़ा है तभी से ये जागरूकता दुनिया के हर कोने तक पहुंच सका है। ध्यान रखिए दुनिया हमेशा एक ही पहनावे, रहन-सहन, खान-पान नहीं हो सकता है हमेशा कुछ न कुछ बदलाव और नयापन आना स्वाभाविक है। यह ठीक उसी प्रकार है जैसे स्मार्ट फोन में हर महीने नये नये फीचर अपडेट होते हैं, इतना ही नहीं हर इलेक्ट्रॉनिक उपकरण और गैजेट का माडल आये दिन अपडेट होता रहता है। ठीक इसी प्रकार इंसानों के पहनावे में अपडेट होना स्वाभाविक है,यही नियति है;क्योंकि परिवर्तन ही संसार का सार्वकालिक नियम है। इंसान अपना रहन सहन अपडेट कर लिया,पहले गुफाओं फिर झोपड़ियों और अब पक्के मकानो में रहता है। खानपान अपडेट हुआ, पहले इंसान पेड़ की पत्तियों,फलों और जड़ों को खाता था फिर धीरे-२ अनाज उगाकर खाने लगा; इस प्रकार परिवर्तन हमेशा होता आया है और आगे भी आने वाले समय में आता रहेगा।इस परिवर्तन को स्वीकारिए,नकारिए मत। हमें उम्मीद है कि आपको समझ आ गया होगा कि लड़कियां छोटे कपड़े क्यों पहनती हैं। छोटे कपड़े से रेप भावना को बढ़ावा नहीं मिलता, क्योंकि सभी विकसित देशों जैसे अमेरिका, न्यूजीलैंड,इग्लैंड,फ्रांस आदि देशों में लड़कियां सार्वजनिक स्थानों पर बिकिनी और छोटे कपड़े पहनकर घूमती हैं;जबकि वहाँ रेप प्रतिशत नाममात्र है।बलात्कार करने के पीछे छोटे कपड़ें नहीं बल्कि अन्य कई बातें उत्तरदायी हैं इस पर मैनें एक लेख लिखा है इसे आप हमारे ब्लाग पर पढ़ सकते हैं।

आये दिन हर कोई भारत की बदहाली के पीछे शिक्षा व्यवस्था को दोषी बता रहा है, आज हम इसके विवेचना करेंगे कि क्या वास्तव में हमारी शिक्षा प्रणाली इतनी खराब है? दूसरा सवाल कि क्या शिक्षा सिर्फ नैतिक होनी चाहिए या रोजगारपरक? आइये जानते हैं।

किसी देश की बदहाली और खुशहाली में शिक्षा का बहुत बड़ा योगदान है।वास्तव में शिक्षा मानवजाति के शारीरिक, मानसिक, चारित्रिक और आर्थिक सर्वांगीण विकास करने वाली होनी चाहिए।किसी एक उद्देश्य को पूरा करने वाली शिक्षा अपूर्ण मानी जायेगी, क्योंकि यही एक ऐसी व्यवस्था है जिसका लाभ सिर्फ मानव ले सकता है। शिक्षा को बेहतर ढंग से सिर्फ इंसान ही ग्रहण कर सकता है,क्योंकि इंसान भाषा के माध्यम से अपने मन की बातों को प्रत्यक्ष और अप्रत्यक्ष माध्यम से दूसरों तक लिखकर या बोलकर पहुंचा सकता है।

हमारे देश में दी जाने वाली शिक्षा अंग्रेजों की दी हुई प्रणाली पर आधारित है, जो कि सैकड़ों सालों से एक ही ढर्रे पर चल रही है इसमें कुछ खास बदलाव होता हुआ नहीं दिखाई पड़ रहा है ।ये रट्टामार शिक्षा प्रणाली बच्चों का कुछ भला नहीं कर सकती,ध्यान रहे कि हम इंसान हैं रोबोट नहीं। मेरा मानना है कि शुरूआती शिक्षा जो कि प्राथमिक और जूनियर स्तर पर दी जाती है उसे इसी ढंग से देना चाहिए जैसा कि दिया जा रहा है,क्योंकि आठवीं कक्षा तक बालक मुख्य रूप से हिंदी, अंग्रेज़ी और स्थानीय भाषाओं का ज्ञान ही प्राप्त कर पाता है। यदि तीक्ष्ण बुद्धि,लगन वाला बच्चा है तो वो पांचवी तक पहुंचते-२ इन भाषाओं को जान जाता है,फिर भी मैने सभी बच्चों का औसत लिया है इसलिए जूनियर स्तर तक ठीक रहेगा।

बच्चों की शुरूआती शिक्षा शारीरिक, नैतिक, मानसिक विकास को ध्यान में रखते हुए दी जानी चाहिए; जो कि हमारे देश में चल रही है। समस्या इस बात की है कि यही रट्टामार शिक्षा मैट्रिक और माध्यमिक कक्षाओं में भी दी जा रही है,जिसका कोई फायदा नहीं है। भारत में पढ़ा हुआ बच्चा 12वीं पास तो कर लेता है,किन्तु उसे ऐसी शिक्षा नहीं दी जाती कि वह अपनी आजीविका भी चला सके,अपना जेब खर्च निकाल सके।आप खुद सोचिए कि जो बच्चा 18 साल का हो रहा है उसे इतना तो कौशल होना ही चाहिए ताकि वह आगे अपना खर्च वहन कर सके। यहीं पर हमारी शिक्षा प्रणाली असफल साबित हुई है।

केवल भाषा और संस्कार सीख लेने से जीवन नहीं चलता, जीवन चलाने के लिए तकनीकी कौशल होना बेहद जरूरी है। आठवीं कक्षा के बाद बच्चों को औपचारिक शिक्षा के साथ-२ किसी भी तकनीक या ऐसे कौशल की शिक्षा जरूर देना चाहिए ताकि वह बालक या बालिका 18 वर्ष की आयु तक स्वावलंबी और स्वरोजगार परक बन सके। इसके लिए सिर्फ इतना करना है कि सिलेबस के साथ-२ तकनीकी शिक्षा को भी अनिवार्य कर दिया जाय, बच्चे को सिर्फ एक घंटा तकनीकी कौशल का ज्ञान अनिवार्य कर देना चाहिए ताकि भविष्य में उसे नौकरी के लिए दर-दर ठोकरें न खाना पड़े।

सवाल ये उठता है कि हमारी तकनीकी इंडस्ट्री किसी पढ़े लिखे नये अकुशल कैंडिडेट को नौकरी पर क्यों रखे? जो शिक्षा हमें दी जाती है उसका कहीं भी कोई उपयोग नहीं है। इसीलिए मेरा मानना है कि किताबी ज्ञान के साथ-२ तकनीकी कौशल की शिक्षा अनिवार्य कर देना चाहिए। तकनीकी कौशल से मेरा मतलब ऐसे ज्ञान से है जो किसी यंत्र या उपकरण को बनाना या चलाना सिखाता है।खराब कम्प्यूटर को बनाना और बने हुए कम्प्यूटर को चलाना या आपरेट करना ये दोनों बातें तकनीकी कौशल से सम्बन्धित है। अगर मैं अपनी पूरी बात को एक लाइन में समाप्त करूं तो ये है--

" शिक्षा प्रणाली ऐसी होना चाहिए जो मनुष्य का शारीरिक, मानसिक, चारित्रिक और आर्थिक विकास करे"

आइये मैं इसको विस्तार से समझा देता हूं,अन्यथा बुद्धिमान लोग इसका भी गलत अर्थ निकालने में पीछे नहीं रहेंगे:--

शारीरिक शिक्षा :- शारीरिक शिक्षा का मतलब ऐसे ज्ञान से है जो शरीर को विकसित करने के लिए दिया जाना चाहिए,इसमें पी. टी. व्यायाम, योगा और ध्यान सम्मिलित है

मानसिक शिक्षा:- मानसिक शिक्षा का तात्पर्य ऐसे ज्ञान से है जो तर्कशक्ति को बढ़ा सके, निर्णय लेने की क्षमता, सही गलत को परखने की क्षमता बढा़ सके।

चारित्रिक शिक्षा:- चारित्रिक शिक्षा का तात्पर्य पर्सनैलिटी डेवलपमेंट से है,इसके अन्तर्गत बेहतर बोलने की कला, बैठने की कला, चलने की कला और समझाने की कला का विकास करना सम्मिलित है।

आर्थिक शिक्षा:- आर्थिक शिक्षा का तात्पर्य ऐसे ज्ञान और कौशल से है जो व्यक्ति को कमाने योग्य बना सके,इसके अन्तर्गत आधुनिक तकनीकी कौशल का ज्ञान देना शामिल है।

If he is a child with sharp intellect and passion, then he knows 2 languages ​​by the time he reaches fifth, yet I have taken the average of all the children, so it will be fine till the junior level.

 Early education of children should be given keeping in mind the physical, moral, mental development; Which is going on in our country. The problem is that this Rattamar education is being imparted in Matric and Secondary classes also, which is of no use. A child studying in India can pass 12th, but he is not given such an education that he can earn his living, take out his pocket money. Think yourself that a child who is 18 years old should have so much skill. It should be so that he can bear his expenses further. It is here that our education system has proved to be unsuccessful.

 Life does not work only by learning language and culture, it is very important to have technical skills to run life. After the eighth grade, children should be given formal education along with 2 any technique or such skill so that the child or girl can become self-reliant and self-employed till the age of 18 years. For this, all that has to be done is to make 2 technical education compulsory along with syllabus, the child should make the knowledge of technical skills compulsory for only one hour so that in future, he will not have to stumble at any rate for the job.

 The question arises that why should our technical industry hire a newly educated unskilled candidate? The education we are given has no use anywhere. That is why I believe that education of 2 technical skills along with book knowledge should be made compulsory. By technical skills, I mean knowledge that teaches how to make or operate an instrument or equipment. Making a bad computer and operating or operating a built-in computer are both related to technical skills. If I finish my whole thing in one line, then this is--

एक कहावत है ना कि जब मनुष्य डरना बंद कर देता है तभी से वह जीना शुरू कर देता है। ये बात बिल्कुल सही है, असली जीवन तभी शुरू होता है जब डर का साया दिमाग से हट जाता है। वास्तव में डर का वजूद दिमाग के अलावा कहीं नहीं होता है, डर सिर्फ मनुष्य की बुरी कल्पनाओं का परिणाम है। आज हम डर से बचने के विषय में जानेंगे,और अपनी समझ को विकसित करके डर का सामना करना सीखेंगे।

डर तब लगता है जब मनुष्य को असुरक्षित महसूस होता है,हालांकि डर मनुष्य को खतरों से बचाता है परन्तु यही डर कभी कभी मनुष्य के जीवन की आजादी का कत्ल कर देता है।परिस्थितियों के अनुसार डर होना स्वाभाविक है,यह डर कुछ समय बाद समाप्त हो जाता है। इससे कोई नुकसान नहीं होता है।

डर कई प्रकार का होता है,इसमें से कुछ प्रमुख डर निम्न प्रकार के हैं :-

1.बीमारी का डर

2.असफलता का डर

3.मौत का डर

4.गरीब होने का डर

5.दुर्घटना का डर

6.बुढ़ापे का डर

ये प्रमुख डर हैं इनमें से पहला 'बीमारी का डर' है।महामारी के इस दौर में हर कोई बीमारी, या मौत के डर से जूझ रहा है। जो सुरक्षित है उसे बीमार होने का डर है और जो बीमार है उसे मौत का डर है। बीमारी का खतरनाक प्रभाव तभी पड़ता है जब भावनाएं नकारात्मक होती हैं, नकारात्मकता से बड़ी कोई बीमारी नहीं होती है। जब मनुष्य बीमारी से डरने लगता है तो बगैर किसी समस्या के वो खुद को बीमार महसूस करने लगता है।मनुष्य का मन और कल्पनाएँ उसे कुछ भी महसूस करा सकती हैं फिर चाहे वो बुरा अनुभव हो या अच्छा अनुभव।

मनुष्य के अन्दर एक ऐसी क्षमता है जो उसे सभी जानवरों से अलग करता है,वो है कल्पना करने की क्षमता और ठीक तरीके से याद करने की क्षमता।मनुष्य के अलावा धरती पर कोई और प्राणी इतने जीवन्त तरीके से कल्पना नहीं कर सकता हालांकि जानवरों और पक्षियों में बहुत थोड़ी याददाश्त होती है।

कल्पना के सहारे ही मनुष्य चांद तक पहुंच सका है इसके अलावा जितनी भी बड़ी से बड़ी खोजें हुई हैं फिर चाहे वो विद्युत बल्ब हो या हवाई जहाज हो सब शुरूआत में मानव मस्तिष्क में उपजी हैं तत्पश्चात धरातल पर उसका निर्माण हुआ है।इसी कल्पनाशक्ति के सहारे लोग न जाने कहाँ से कहाँ तक पहुंच गये हैं, जितने भी अमीर बने हैं सभी पहले कल्पना के सहारे बने हैं फिर हकीकत में वहाँ पहुंचे हैं, कहने का तात्पर्य है कि कल्पनाशक्ति मनुष्य के लिए बहुत अच्छी चीज है परन्तु रूकिए यही कल्पनाशक्ति ही डर को जन्म देती है।डर मनुष्य का शत्रु है जो कि कल्पना से जन्म लेता है।

जब मनुष्य कल्पना के सहारे अपनी पहचान ऐसी चीजों से बना लेता है जो कि वह नहीं है, यहीं से डरने की प्रक्रिया शुरू होती है। उदाहरण के लिए मान लीजिए किसी व्यक्ति को कोरोना नहीं हुआ है और वो खुद को संक्रमित मान रहा है अर्थात् वह अपनी पहचान ऐसी काल्पनिक चीज से बना रहा है जो कि वह नहीं है बस यहीं से डर की शुरुआत होती है।डर की सबसे बड़ी खास बात ये है कि इससे बचने के लिए खुद को कठोर समझने वालों को यह और ज्यादा भीषण तरीके से पीछा करती है।

अब सवाल ये आता है कि आखिर डर से कैसे बचा जाय तो इसका जवाब है स्वीकार करके, सामना करके। मान लीजिए किसी कोई सोचता है कि उसे कोरोना है तो सोचने से कुछ नहीं होता, समस्या तो तब शुरू होती है जब उस बात को मानकर डरना शुरू कर दिया जाय, क्योंकि डर की वजह से शरीर में जहर फैलता है।ऐसे हार्मोन स्रावित होते हैं जो मनुष्य को दु:खी और चिन्तित कर देते हैं। डर से चिन्ता का जन्म होता है उसके बाद शरीर में ऐसे जहर हार्मोन रिलीज होते हैं जो मनुष्य को मृत्यु की ओर ले जाते हैं। नकारात्मक विचार आने पर सिर्फ इतना करना है कि उसे सिर्फ एक विचार मानकर छोड़ देना है, किसी काल्पनिक समस्या को मन में पहले से ही सोच लेने से डर का जन्म होता है।समस्या जब आएगी तब उसका सामना किया जाएगा,पहले से सोचकर उस समस्या के न होने पर भी समस्या का अनुभव होना शुरू हो जाएगा।यदि किसी को वास्तव में बीमारी हो जाती है तो क्या वह खाली बैठेगा? जी नहीं,वो तुरन्त दौड़भाग करके उसका इलाज खोजेगा और करेगा।इसलिए यदि कोई नकारात्मक काल्पनिक विचार आता है तो उसे त्यों ही छोड़ना न्यायोचित है क्योंकि ऐसे विचारों का जन्म लेना स्वाभाविक है।समस्या तब है जब उस विचार के पल्ले पड़कर अपनी समय और ऊर्जा व्यर्थ किया जाय।

नकारात्मक काल्पनिक विचारों से बचने का दूसरा रास्ता है कि खुद को व्यस्त रखा जाय,इतना व्यस्त कि कभी भटककर भी ध्यान कहीं और न जाए। जब अपने जीवन में कोई लक्ष्य होता है तो व्यक्ति स्वयमेव मन लगाकर उसे हासिल करने में लग जाता है।इससे मन में ऊर्जा, उत्साह बना रहता है।जिसके जीवन का कोई निश्चित उद्देश्य नहीं होता है वही डर के जाल में उलझा हुआ घुट घुटकर जीता है,तो आज ही अपने जीवन का लक्ष्य निर्धारित कीजिए और लग जाइये उसे पूरा करने में।अगले भाग में अलग-२ प्रकार के डर से बचने के उपाय के बारे में चर्चा किया जाएगा।

 These are the major fears, the first of which is 'fear of disease'. In this era of epidemic everyone is struggling with the fear of disease, or death. The one who is safe has the fear of getting sick and the one who is sick has the fear of death. Illness has a dangerous effect only when emotions are negative, there is no greater illness than negativity. When a person starts getting scared of illness, he starts feeling ill without any problem. The mind and imagination of a man can make him feel anything, whether it is a bad experience or a good experience.

 There is a capacity inside man that sets him apart from all animals, that is the ability to imagine and remember correctly. No other creature on earth other than human can imagine in such a living way though animals and Birds have very little memory.

 With the help of imagination, man has reached the moon, apart from this, all the biggest discoveries have been made, whether it is an electric bulb or an airplane, all have stems in the human mind in the beginning, then it has been built on the ground. People do not know from where they have reached, all the people who have become rich are first made with the help of imagination and then have reached there in reality, to say that imagination is a very good thing for human beings, but stop this imagination only for fear. The child is an enemy of man who is born with imagination.

 When a person builds his identity with things that he is not, with the help of imagination, it is from here that the process of fear begins. For example, suppose a person does not have a corona and is treating himself as infected, that is, he is making his identity with something imaginary that he is not, it is only from here that fear begins. The thing is that to avoid this, those who consider themselves as hard-hearted pursues it in a more gruesome manner.

 Now the question comes that how to avoid fear, the answer is by accepting, confronting it. Suppose someone thinks that he has a corona, then thinking does not happen, the problem starts when the fear is started by believing that because fear spreads poison in the body. Such hormones are secreted. Those who make a man sad and worried. Anxiety is born out of fear, after that, such poison hormones are released in the body that lead a human to death. All that has to be done when a negative thought comes, is to leave it just as an idea, fear is born out of thinking of an imaginary problem in advance. When the problem comes, it will be faced, thinking before that problem. In spite of not being there, the problem will start to be experienced. If someone actually gets sick, will he sit empty? No, he will immediately run and find a cure for it. So if any negative imaginary idea comes, then it is justified to leave it as such thoughts are natural to be born. Be wasted

 The other way to avoid negative imaginary thoughts is to keep yourself busy, so busy that even if you go astray, meditation does not go anywhere else. When there is a goal in your life, then the person automatically starts to achieve it by putting his mind in it, it keeps the energy, enthusiasm in the mind, which has no definite purpose in life, the same, trapped in the trap of fear, won by suffocating the knee. नास्तिकता का उद्देश्य।Object of atheism.

 --------------------नास्तिकता का उद्देश्य----------------------

नास्तिकता का उद्देश्य इंसानी जीवन को आसान एवं खुशहाल बनाना है ये ऐसी जीवनशैली है जो सत्य एवं वैज्ञानिकता के धरातल पर आश्रित है। समाज में फैले जाति-पाति, छुआछूत, अंधविश्वास, पाखंड, धार्मिक नफरत, गरीबी, शोषण को कम या समाप्त करने हेतु नास्तिकता बहुत आवश्यक है लोगों में वैज्ञानिक विचार का प्रसार करके उन्हें आधुनिक विज्ञान एवं तकनीक का उपयोग करके जीवन आसान बनाकर जीने के लिए प्रेरित करना ही नास्तिकता का उद्देश्य है।

नास्तिक एक ऐसी दुनिया का निर्माण करना चाहता है जिसमें धर्म,जातीय नफरत, अंधविश्वास और पाखंड का कोई स्थान नहीं है दरअसल नास्तिक ही दुनिया को कुछ नया दे सकता है क्योंकि आस्तिक तो भगवान और भाग्य के भरोसे बैठे हैं यदि कोई भी इंसान जो कि भाग्य और भगवान के भरोसे न होकर अपने पुरूषार्थ पर यकीन करता है तो वह भी नास्तिक की श्रेणी में रखा जा सकता है। समाज में व्याप्त कुप्रथाओं, झूठ के आधार पर टिकी परम्पराओं एवं अंधविश्वासों को मिटाकर वैज्ञानिक समझ को विकसित करके खुशहाल मानव जीवन का निर्माण करना ही नास्तिकता का उद्देश्य है।

पूजा-पाखंड, जप-तप, ताबीज, हवन, तंत्र-मंत्र के द्वारा सिर्फ और सिर्फ जनता का मानसिक, आर्थिक एवं शारीरिक शोषण किया जाता है।ओझाओं,मौलवियों एवं पुजारियों द्वारा इस कदर भयभीत कर दिया जाता है कि बेचारा सबकुछ अर्पण कर देता है। आये दिन अखबार में ये खबर छपती रहती है कि 'अंधविश्वास ने ली कईयों की जान', 'झाड़फूंक वाले बाबा ने किया युवती का शोषण' इस तरीके की सैकड़ों घटनाएँ प्रतिदिन घटती रहती हैं इसका सिर्फ एक मुख्य कारण है वो है अंधविश्वास। जो जितना बड़ा आस्तिक होता है वो उतना ही बड़ा अंधविश्वासी होता है। पंडित, बाबा और मौलवियों द्वारा इनका जमकर शोषण किया जाता है ।अंधविश्वास और पाखंड के इस दलदल से मुक्ति पाने का सिर्फ एक ही मार्ग है वो है नास्तिक बन जाना। नास्तिक होना आज के मानव की जरूरत है इससे न सिर्फ मानवजाति बल्कि प्रकृति,वातावरण एवं धरती के लिए भी लाभदायक है।

नास्तिक वो होता है जो न्यायपूर्ण एवं तर्कसंगत रूप से किसी भी कार्य को करता है न कि भीड़ को देखकर।

भीड़ को देखकर काम करने वाला तार्किक एवं सही नहीं हो सकता क्योंकि उसमें खुद की बुद्धि का उपयोग करना अपराध माना जाता है ऐसा ही हमारा समाज और सामाजिक संस्थाएं चाहती हैं कि लोग उनके द्वारा बनाये गये प्रथाओं, दकियानूसी परम्पराओं, रिवाजों में फिट बैठें। जो ऐसा नहीं करता उससे ये लोग दूर होने लगते हैं उसे अपराधी घोषित कर देते हैं।

वजह चाहे जो भी हो किसी भी पुराने सिस्टम को समाप्त करके नयी व्यवस्था ईजाद करने में थोड़ी कठिनाई होती है। शुरुआत में परिवर्तन लाने के लिए किसी एक को अकेले ही चलना पड़ता है फिर धीरे-२ लोग जुड़ते जाते हैं,कारवां बनता जाता है।

यदि एक अंधविश्वासी पूरे गांव को झूठ के जाल में फंसा सकता है तो एक पढ़ा लिखा भी अपने ज्ञान से पूरे समाज को शिक्षित एवं जागरूक कर सकता है।

वास्तव में लोग अपनी कमियों और असफलताओं के दोषारोपण के लिए किसी माध्यम की तलाश करते हैं ताकि सारा इल्जाम अपने ऊपर न लेना पड़े, बस इसी जरूरत के लिए उन्होंने ईश्वर,अल्लाह और गॉड का सहारा ले रखा है।

क्यों सफल नहीं हुए? भाग्य ने साथ नहीं दिया। भाग्य के विषय में एक बात बड़ी दिलचस्प लगती है कि खुद को छोड़कर लगता है कि सबका भाग्य बहुत बढ़िया है यही बात अगला भी सोचता है जिसे आप बहुत खुशनसीब समझ रहे हैं। नास्तिक बनकर इंसान अपने पुरूषार्थ, आत्मविश्वास को पहचानकर बड़े से बड़ा लक्ष्य प्राप्त कर सकता है। नास्तिकता हर मोड़ पर मनुष्य को मजबूती प्रदान करती है।

ऐसे नास्तिक ज्यादातर दलित समुदाय से बने अम्बेडकरवादी होते हैं। हिन्दू धर्म की व्यवस्था के अनुसार इन्हें अछूत समझा जाता है कई मन्दिरों में इनके जाने की अनुमति नहीं दी जाती है धार्मिक ऐसा मानते हैं कि दलितों के प्रवेश करने से मंदिर और धार्मिक स्थल अपवित्र हो जाता है, इसीलिए ऐसी जगहों पर दलितों का प्रवेश वर्जित है।

दलित अम्बेडकरवादी इसी बात से गुस्सा होकर नास्तिक होने का ढिंढोरा पीटता है क्योंकि उसे हिन्दू धर्म में उचित स्थान और सम्मान नहीं मिला। नास्तिक बनने की ये वजह सही नहीं है, इस तरह नास्तिक बनना बिल्कुल छद्म और नकली है। वास्तव में नास्तिक बनने का कोई बाहरी कारण और परिस्थितयाँ जिम्मेदार नहीं होती हैं क्योंकि ये मस्तिष्क की तार्किक और वैज्ञानिक दशा का परिणाम है कि कोई व्यक्ति नास्तिक बन जाता है।

दलित नास्तिक इसलिए बनता है ताकि वो हिन्दू धर्म में आस्था रखने वाले धार्मिकों को जला सके, उन्हें ये एहसास करा सके कि हमें आपके धर्म और ईश्वर की कोई जरूरत नहीं है जबकि असल बात तो ये है कि अगर इसी दलित(अम्बेडकरवादी) को हिन्दू धर्म में पूजने और रहने की आजादी मिलती, तब ये नास्तिक नहीं बनते। ऐसे नास्तिक पूर्णतया नकली हैं इनका काम सिर्फ नास्तिकता को बदनाम करना है। यही वजह है कि जब कोई इंसान जो कि ब्राह्मण,क्षत्रिय और वैश्य समुदाय से नास्तिक बनता है तो किसी को भी यकीन नहीं होता कि ये ब्राह्मण, क्षत्रिय या वैश्य वर्ग से है उसे तुरन्त यही लगता है कि ये दलित(अम्बेडकरवादी) वर्ग से है।क्योंकि दलित अम्बेडकरवादियों ने नास्तिकता को बदनाम कर रखा है इतना ही नहीं इन लोगों ने डा० भीमराव अम्बेडकर को पूजना भी शुरू कर दिया है उनकी आरती,व्रत,प्रार्थना करना भी शुरू किया जा चुका है;धार्मिक गुलामी का फन्दा वही है सिर्फ खूंटा बदल दिया गया है। इन लोगों ने डा० अम्बेडकर को भगवान का दर्जा दे दिया है;नास्तिकता का तात्पर्य निष्पक्षता पूर्वक सच को साथ लेकर चलने से है।नास्तिकता ही वास्तविकता और सत्य के धरातल पर जी जाने वाली जीवनशैली है।

सिर्फ ईश्वर का अस्तित्व इंकार कर देना ही नास्तिकता नहीं है, अपितु सत्य, ईमानदारी, कर्तव्यपरायणता, तार्किकता एवं वैज्ञानिकता के साथ जीवन जीना ही नास्तिकता है।

बौध्द धर्म वाले भी खुद को नास्तिक बोलते हैं और खुद को बुद्ध की मूर्ति के सामने भीख, और दया साचना करते हुए दिखाई पड़ते हैं। ये लोग बुद्ध को अपना भगवान मान बैठे हैं कुछ लोग तो इनके नाम से यज्ञ-हवन, पूजा-पाठ, व्रत कथा भी बहुत मन लगाकर करते हैं।स्वर्ग-नरक, परलोक-पुनर्जन्म की काल्पनिक गप्पों पर इनका भरोसा रहता है दरअसल ये लोग भी नकली नास्तिक हैं और सिर्फ नास्तिकता को बदनाम कर रहे हैं।

नास्तिकता सभी प्रकार की अतार्किक, निरूद्देश्य, फालतू, झूठ के बलबूते अपनायी जाने वाली निराधार और बेबुनियाद प्रथाओं के कैद से मुक्त, स्वतंत्र जीवनशैली है। किसी भी धार्मिक गुलामी, निराधार कर्मकाण्डों को अपनाकर जीना नास्तिकता नहीं है।

वास्तव में नास्तिकता कोई नियम कानून नहीं है बल्कि यह सभी नियमों-कानूनों को छोड़कर अपनायी जाने वाली प्राकृतिक, स्वच्छन्द जीवनशैली है। नास्तिकों के लिए निराधार, बेबुनियाद, झूठ, काल्पनिक, अतार्किक बातों का कोई स्थान नहीं है।

नास्तिक जातिवादी भेदभाव एवं धार्मिक बंधनों से पूर्णतया आजाद होता है,निष्पक्ष होना इनका विशेष स्वभाव होता है। नकली नास्तिकों का ये गुण होता है कि ये जिस जाति से निकल कर आते हैं उसी के पक्ष में रहते हैं; एक तरफ खुद को जाति,नस्ल के भेदभाव से अलग बताते हैं तो दूसरी तरफ उसी जाति की पैरवी करते हैं।

अम्बेडकरवादी नास्तिक ठीक ऐसे ही होते हैं ये जिस जाति,से निकलते हैं उसी के लिए दिनभर लड़ते रहते हैं।इनकी जाति का कोई दलित खास उपल्ब्धि हासिल कर ले तो ये गर्व से गली-२ बखान करते नहीं थकते, ऐसा करना गलत नहीं है परन्तु यह गलत तब दिखाई पड़ता है जब कोई सवर्ण या ओबीसी जाति का कोइ लड़का कोई खास उपलब्धि हासिल करता है तब ये चुप रहते हैं, क्यों भाई! एक तरफ तो आप खुद को जाति धर्म से मुक्त खुद को नास्तिक घोषित कर रहे हो और दूसरी तरफ ये पक्षपात कर रहे हो।नास्तिक पूर्णतया निष्पक्ष एवं जातिगत धार्मिक भेदभाव से मुक्त होता है।नास्तिक वही बात करता है जो तर्कपूर्ण, न्यायसंगत और निष्पक्ष होता है। नास्तिकता का उद्देश्य संपूर्ण मानवजाति को धार्मिक एवं नस्लीय नफरत से दूर करके एकता के सूत्र में बांधना है इंसान का इंसान के प्रति दया, करूणा, प्रेम बढ़ाकर एवं आपसी नफरत ,भेदभाव मिटाकर एकता के सूत्र में बांधना ही नास्तिकता का परम उद्देश्य है।

ऐसे नकली,बहुरूपिये नास्तिक देश और समाज के लिए घातक हैं सिर्फ कहने और ढिंढोरा पीटने भर से कोई नास्तिक नहीं बन जाता ;नास्तिकता का ये उद्देश्य बिल्कुल भी नहीं है कि निरंकुश होकर दूसरों के साथ बुरा व्यवहार किया जाय। इसका उद्देश्य है- कि सबकुछ जानते हुए भी कानून के दायरे में रहकर स्वतंत्रता पूर्वक अपना जीवन यापन किया जाय।

हमारा देश भारत धर्म निरपेक्ष राष्ट्र है यहाँ पर लोग धार्मिक स्वतंत्रता का भरपूर लाभ उठा सकते हैं कहने का तात्पर्य है कि यहाँ के लोग किसी भी धर्म को मानकर जियें इसके लिए कोई रोकटोक नहीं है इसके अलावा कोई भी व्यक्ति अपना धर्म छोड़ दूसरे के धर्म का अनुसरण करें तो भी कोई समस्या नहीं है इतना ही नहीं यहाँ पर कोई भी किसी व्यक्ति को धार्मिक होने के लिए बलपूर्वक बाध्य नहीं कर सकता है।

भारतीय संविधान में अनुच्छेद 25 से 28 धार्मिक स्वतंत्रता प्रदान करता है जो कि इस प्रकार है-

अनुच्छेद 25-- अपने मन से किसी भी धर्म को अबाध रूप से मानने, आचरण और प्रचार करने की स्वतंत्रता, कोई भी व्यक्ति किसी भी धर्म को मान सकता है और उसका प्रचार-प्रसार कर सकता है।

अनुच्छेद 26--धार्मिक कार्यों के प्रबंध की स्वतंत्रता, कोई भी व्यक्ति अपने धर्म के लिए संस्थाओं की स्थापना व पोषण करने की, विधि सम्मत धन अर्जन, स्वामित्व व प्रशासन का अधिकार है।

अनुच्छेद 27--राज्य किसी भी व्यक्ति को ऐसे कर देने के लिए बाध्य नहीं कर सकता है, जिसकी आय किसी विशेष धर्म अथवा धार्मिक संप्रदाय की उन्नति या पोषण में व्यय करने के लिए विशेष रूप से निश्चित कर दी गयी है।

अनुच्छेद 28---राज्य विधि से पूर्णतः पोषित किसी शिक्षा संस्था में धार्मिक शिक्षा नहीं दी जाएगी ऐसे शिक्षण संस्थान अपने विद्यार्थियों को किसी धार्मिक अनुष्ठान में भाग लेने या किसी धर्म उपदेश को बलपूर्वक सुनने के लिए बाध्य नहीं कर सकते। धार्मिक कट्टरता और पाखंड के इस दौर में मुंबई उच्च न्यायालय का फैसला स्वागत योग्य है कि सरकार किसी भी व्यक्ति को बाध्य नहीं कर सकती कि वह किसी सरकारी फार्म या शपथपत्र में अपना धर्म घोषित करे। अगर वह लिखता है कि 'कोई धर्म नहीं' यानी धर्म में उसका विश्वास नहीं है तो इसे स्वीकार करना होगा, यही उसका धर्म है। हर व्यक्ति का यह मौलिक अधिकार है कि वह किसी खास धर्म में विश्वास रखे या न रखे, उसका अनुपालन करे या न करे या धर्मशास्त्र में उसकी आस्था न हो।

भारत एक धर्मनिरपेक्ष लोकतांत्रिक देश है जिसका अपना कोई सरकारी तौर पर घोषित धर्म नहीं है अत: सरकार धार्मिक स्वतंत्रता के संविधान प्रदत्त अधिकार के उपयोग से किसी को नहीं रोक सकती, चाहे वह किसी खास धर्म में रहने या छोड़ने का सवाल हो या किसी भी धर्म में विश्वास न रखने का प्रश्न हो।

देश में ऐसा एक भी कानून नहीं है जो लोगों को किसी न किसी धर्म में विश्वास रखने को मजबूर करता हो।

 Article 28 --- Religious education will not be given in an education institution fully funded by state law. Such educational institutions cannot compel their students to participate in any religious ritual or listen to any religious preaching force. In this era of religious fanaticism and hypocrisy, the decision of the Mumbai High Court is welcome that the government cannot compel anyone to declare their religion in any government form or affidavit. If he writes that 'there is no religion', that is, he does not believe in religion, then it has to be accepted, that is his religion. It is the fundamental right of every person to believe or not to believe in a particular religion, to follow or not to adhere to it or to have no faith in theology.

 India is a secular democratic country which has no officially declared religion of its own, so the government cannot stop anyone from exercising the constitutionally given right to religious freedom, whether it is a question of living or leaving a particular religion or any religion. There is a question of not believing in it.

 There is not a single law in the country that forces people to believe in some religion.
