रामचरितमानस के उत्तरकांड में गरुड़जी कागभुशुण्डि जी से कहते हैं कि, आप मुझ पर कृपावान हैं, और मुझे अपना सेवक मानते हैं, तो कृपापूर्वक मेरे सात प्रश्नों के उत्तर दीजिए। गरुड़ जी प्रश्न करते हैं- प्रथमहिं कहहु नाथ मतिधीरा। सब तें दुर्लभ कवन सरीरा। बड़ दुख कवन कवन सुख भारी। सोइ संछेपहिं कहहु बिचारी। संत असंत मरम तुम जानहु। तिन्ह कर सहज सुभाव बखानहु। कवन पुन्य श्रुति बिदित बिसाला। कहहु कवन अघ परम कराला। मानस रोग कहहु समुझाई । तुम्ह सर्बग्य कृपा अधिकाई ।। गरुड़ प्रश्न करते हैं कि हे नाथ! सबसे दुर्लभ शरीर कौन-सा है। कौन सबसे बड़ा दुःख है। कौन सबसे बड़ा सुख है। साधु और असाधु जन का स्वभाव कैसा होता है। वेदों में बताया गया सबसे बड़ा पाप कौन-सा है। इसके बाद वे सातवें प्रश्न के संबंध में कहते हैं कि मानस रोग समझाकर बतलाएँ, क्योंकि आप सर्वज्ञ हैं। गरुड़ के प्रश्न के उत्तर में कागभुशुंडि कहते हैं कि मनुष्य का शरीर दुर्लभ और श्रेष्ठ है, क्योंकि इस शरीर के माध्यम से ही ज्ञान, वैराग्य, स्वर्ग, नरक, भक्ति आदि की प्राप्ति होती है। वे कहते हैं कि दरिद्र के समान संसार में कोई दुःख नहीं है और संतों (सज्जनों) के मिलन के समान कोई सुख नहीं है। मन, वाणी और कर्म से परोपकार करना ही संतों (साधुजनों) का स्वभाव होता है। किसी स्वार्थ के बिना, अकारण ही दूसरों का अपकार करने वाले दुष्ट जन होते हैं। वेदों में विदित अहिंसा ही परम धर्म और पुण्य है, और दूसरे की निंदा करने के समान कोई पाप नहीं होता है। गरुड़ के द्वारा पूछे गए सातवें प्रश्न का उत्तर अपेक्षाकृत विस्तार के साथ कागभुशुंडि द्वारा दिया जाता है। सातवें और अंतिम प्रश्न के उत्तर में प्रायः वे सभी कारण निहित हैं, जो अनेक प्रकार के दुःखों का कारण बनते हैं। इस कारण बाबा तुलसी मानस रोगों का विस्तार से वर्णन करते हैं। सुनहु तात अब मानस रोगा।जिन्ह तें दुख पावहिं सब लोगा। मोह सकल ब्याधिन्ह कर मूला। तिन्ह तें पुनि उपजहिं बहु सूला। काम बात कफ लोभ अपारा। क्रोध पित्त नित छाती जारा। प्रीति करहिं जौ तीनिउ भाई । उपजइ सन्यपात दुखदाई। विषय मनोरथ दुर्गम नाना । ते सब सूल नाम को जाना। कागभुशुंडि कहते हैं कि मानस रोगों के बारे में सुनिए, जिनके कारण सभी लोग दुःख पाते हैं। सारी मानसिक व्याधियों का मूल मोह है। इसके कारण ही अनेक प्रकार के मनोरोग उत्पन्न होते हैं। शरीर में विकार उत्पन्न करने वाले वात, कफ और पित्त की भाँति क्रमशः काम, अपार लोभ और क्रोध हैं। जिस प्रकार पित्त के बढ़ने से छाती में जलन होने लगती है, उसी प्रकार क्रोध भी जलाता है। यदि ये तीनों मनोविकार मिल जाएँ, तो कष्टकारी सन्निपात की भाँति रोग लग जाता है। अनेक प्रकार की विषय-वासना रूपी मनोकांक्षाएँ ही वे अनंत शूल हैं, जिनके नाम इतने ज्यादा हैं, कि उन सबको जानना भी बहुत कठिन है। बाबा तुलसी इस प्रसंग में अनेक प्रकार के मानस रोगों, जैसे- ममता, ईर्ष्या, हर्ष, विषाद, जलन, दुष्टता, मन की कुटिलता, अहंकार, दंभ, कपट, मद, मान, तृष्णा, मात्सर्य (डाह) और अविवेक आदि का वर्णन करते हैं और शारीरिक रोगों के साथ इनकी तुलना करते हुए इन मनोरोगों की विकरालता को स्पष्ट करते हैं। यहाँ मनोरोगों की तुलना शारीरिक व्याधियों से इस प्रकार और इतने सटीक ढंग से की गई है, कि किसी भी शारीरिक व्याधि की तीक्ष्णता और जटिलता से मनोरोग की तीक्ष्णता और जटिलता का सहज ही अनुमान लगाया जा सकता है। शरीर का रोग प्रत्यक्ष होता है और शरीर में परिलक्षित होने वाले उसके लक्षणों को देखकर जहाँ एक ओर उपचार की प्रक्रिया को शुरू किया जा सकता है, वहीं दूसरी ओर व्याधिग्रस्त व्यक्ति को देखकर अन्य लोग उस रोग से बचने की सीख भी ले सकते हैं। सामान्यतः मनोरोग प्रत्यक्ष परिलक्षित नहीं होता, और मनोरोगी भी स्वयं को व्याधिग्रस्त नहीं मानता है। इस कारण से बाबा तुलसी ने मनोरोगों की तुलना शारीरिक रोगों से करके एकदम अलग तरीके से सीख देने का कार्य किया है। कागभुशुंडि कहते हैं कि एक बीमारी-मात्र से व्यक्ति की मृत्यु हो जाती है और यहाँ तो अनेक असाध्य रोग हैं। मनोरोगों के लिए नियम, धर्म, आचरण, तप, ज्ञान, यज्ञ, जप, दान आदि अनेक औषधियाँ हैं, किंतु ये रोग इन औषधियों से भी नहीं जाते हैं। इस प्रकार संसार के सभी जीव रोगी हैं। शोक, हर्ष, भय, प्रीति और वियोग से दुःख की अधिकता हो जाती है। इन तमाम मानस रोगों को विरले ही जान पाते हैं। जानने के बाद ये रोग कुछ कम तो होते हैं, मगर विषय-वासना रूपी कुपथ्य पाकर ये साधारण मनुष्य तो क्या, मुनियों के हृदय में भी अंकुरित हो जाते हैं। मनोरोगों की विकरालता का वर्णन करने के उपरांत इन रोगों के उपचार का वर्णन भी होता है। कागभुशुंडि के माध्यम से तुलसीदास कहते हैं कि सद्गुरु रूपी वैद्य के वचनों पर भरोसा करते हुए विषयों की आशा को त्यागकर संयम का पालन करने पर श्रीराम की कृपा से ये समस्त मनोरोग नष्ट हो जाते हैं। रघुपति भगति सजीवनि मूरी।अनूपान श्रद्धा मति पूरी।। इन मनोरोगों के उपचार के लिए श्रीराम की भक्ति संजीवनी जड़ की तरह है। श्रीराम की भक्ति को श्रद्धा से युक्त बुद्धि के अनुपात में निश्चित मात्रा के साथ ग्रहण करके मनोरोगों का शमन किया जा सकता है। यहाँ तुलसीदास ने भक्ति, श्रद्धा और मति के निश्चित अनुपात का ऐसा वैज्ञानिक-तर्कसम्मत उल्लेख किया है, जिसे जान-समझकर अनेक लोगों ने मानस को अपने जीवन का आधार बनाया और मनोरोगों से मुक्त होकर जीवन को सुखद और सुंदर बनाया। यहाँ पर श्रीराम की भक्ति से आशय कर्मकांडों को कठिन और कष्टप्रद तरीके से निभाने, पूजा-पद्धतियों का कड़ाई के साथ पालन करने और इतना सब करते हुए जीवन को जटिल बना लेने से नहीं है। इसी प्रकार श्रद्धा भी अंधश्रद्धा नहीं है। भक्ति और श्रद्धा को संयमित, नियंत्रित और सही दिशा में संचालित करने हेतु मति है। मति को नियंत्रित करने हेतु श्रद्धा और भक्ति है। इन तीनों के सही और संतुलित व्यवहार से श्रीराम का वह स्वरूप प्रकट होता है, जिसमें मर्यादा, नैतिकता और आदर्श है। जिसमें लिप्सा-लालसा नहीं, त्याग और समर्पण का भाव होता है। जिसमें विखंडन की नहीं, संगठन की; सबको साथ लेकर चलने की भावना निहित होती है। जिसमें सभी के लिए करुणा, दया, ममता, स्नेह, प्रेम, वात्सल्य जैसे उदात्त गुण परिलक्षित होते हैं। श्रद्धा, भक्ति और मति का संगठन जब श्रीराम के इस स्वरूप को जीवन में उतारने का माध्यम बन जाता है, तब असंख्य मनोरोग दूर हो जाते हैं। स्वयं का जीवन सुखद, सुंदर, सरल और सहज हो जाता है। जब अंतर्जगत में, मन में रामराज्य स्थापित हो जाता है, तब बाह्य जगत के संताप प्रभावित नहीं कर पाते हैं। इसी भाव को लेकर, आत्मसात् करके विसंगतियों, विकृतियों और जीवन के संकटों से जूझने की सामर्थ्य अनगिनत लोगों को तुलसी के मानस से मिलती रही है। यह क्रम आज का नहीं, सैकड़ों वर्षों का है। यह क्रम देश की सीमाओं के भीतर का ही नहीं, वरन् देश से बाहर कभी मजदूर बनकर, तो कभी प्रवासी बनकर जाने वाले लोगों के लिए भी रहा है। सैकड़ों वर्षों से लगाकर वर्तमान तक अनेक देशों में रहने वाले लोगों के लिए तुलसी का मानस इसी कारण पथ-प्रदर्शक बनता है, सहारा बनता है। आज के जीवन की सबसे जटिल समस्या ऐसे मनोरोगों की है, मनोविकृतियों की है, जिनका उपचार अत्याधुनिक चिकित्सा पद्धतियों के पास भी उपलब्ध नहीं है। ऐसी स्थिति में तुलसीदास का मानस व्यक्ति से लगाकर समाज तक, सभी को 🌷 *अक्षय फल देनेवाली अक्षय नवमी आज दिनांक 23/11/2020 सोमवार को है* 🌷🌞 *~ हिन्दू पंचांग ~* 🌞🙏🏻*#कार्तिक शुक्ल नवमी को ‘अक्षय नवमी’ तथा ‘आँवला नवमी’ कहते हैं | अक्षय नवमी को जप, दान, तर्पण, स्नानादि का अक्षय फल होता है | इस दिन आँवले के वृक्ष के पूजन का विशेष महत्व है | पूजन में कर्पूर या घी के दीपक से आँवले के वृक्ष की आरती करनी चाहिए तथा निम्न मंत्र बोलते हुये इस वृक्ष की प्रदक्षिणा करने का भी विधान है :*🌷 *यानि कानि च पापानि जन्मान्तरकृतानि च |**तानि सर्वाणि नश्यन्तु प्रदक्षिणपदे पदे ||*🍏 *इसके बाद आँवले के वृक्ष के नीचे पवित्र ब्राम्हणों व सच्चे साधक-भक्तों को भोजन कराके फिर स्वयं भी करना चाहिए | घर में आंवलें का वृक्ष न हो तो गमले में आँवले का पौधा लगा के अथवा किसी पवित्र, धार्मिक स्थान, आश्रम आदि में भी वृक्ष के नीचे पूजन कर सकते है | कई आश्रमों में आँवले के वृक्ष लगे हुये हैं | इस पुण्यस्थलों में जाकर भी आप भजन-पूजन का मंगलकारी लाभ ले सकते हैं |* 🌞 ~ *हिन्दू पंचांग* ~ 🌞🌷 *आँवला (अक्षय) नवमी है फलदायी* 🌷🙏🏻 *भारतीय सनातन पद्धति में पुत्र रत्न की प्राप्ति के लिए महिलाओं द्वारा आँवला नवमी की पूजा को महत्वपूर्ण माना गया है। कहा जाता है कि यह पूजा व्यक्ति के समस्त पापों को दूर कर पुण्य फलदायी होती है। जिसके चलते कार्तिक मास की शुक्ल पक्ष की नवमी को महिलाएं आँवले के पेड़ की विधि-विधान से पूजा-अर्चना कर अपनी समस्त मनोकामनाओं की पूर्ति के लिए प्रार्थना करती हैं।*🍏 *आँवला नवमी को अक्षय नवमी के रूप में भी जाना जाता है। इस दिन द्वापर युग का प्रारंभ हुआ था। कहा जाता है कि आंवला भगवान विष्णु का पसंदीदा फल है। आंवले के वृक्ष में समस्त देवी-देवताओं का निवास होता है। इसलिए इसकी पूजा करने का विशेष महत्व होता है।*🌷 *व्रत की पूजा का विधान* 🌷👉🏻 *नवमी के दिन महिलाएं सुबह से ही स्नान ध्यान कर आँवला के वृक्ष के नीचे पूर्व दिशा में मुंह करके बैठती हैं।*👉🏻 *इसके बाद वृक्ष की जड़ों को दूध से सींच कर उसके तने पर कच्चे सूत का धागा लपेटा जाता है।*👉🏻 *तत्पश्चात रोली, चावल, धूप दीप से वृक्ष की पूजा की जाती है।*👉🏻 *महिलाएं आँवले के वृक्ष की १०८ परिक्रमाएं करके ही भोजन करती हैं।*🍏 *आँवला नवमी की कथा* 🍏*वहीं पुत्र रत्न प्राप्ति के लिए आँवला पूजा के महत्व के विषय में प्रचलित कथा के अनुसार एक युग में किसी वैश्य की पत्नी को पुत्र रत्न की प्राप्ति नहीं हो रही थी। अपनी पड़ोसन के कहे अनुसार उसने एक बच्चे की बलि भैरव देव को दे दी। इसका फल उसे उल्टा मिला। महिला कुष्ट की रोगी हो गई।*🍏 *इसका वह पश्चाताप करने लगे और रोग मुक्त होने के लिए गंगा की शरण में गई। तब गंगा ने उसे कार्तिक शुक्ल पक्ष की नवमी तिथि को आँवला के वृक्ष की पूजा कर आँवले के सेवन करने की सलाह दी थी।*🍏 *जिस पर महिला ने गंगा के बताए अनुसार इस तिथि को आँवला की पूजा कर आँवला ग्रहण किया था, और वह रोगमुक्त हो गई थी। इस व्रत व पूजन के प्रभाव से कुछ दिनों बाद उसे दिव्य शरीर व पुत्र रत्न की प्राप्ति हुई, तभी से हिंदुओं में इस व्रत को करने का प्रचलन बढ़ा। तब से लेकर आज तक यह परंपरा चली आ रही है।*by समाजसेवी वनिता कासनियां पंजाब
